JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shikhar Anand who appears for the sole respondents.

(2.) The petitioner alleges willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 20.11.2017 in Special Appeal Defective No. 510 of 2017 (Kailash Bihari Kureel v. General Manager, U.P. Region (Disciplinary Authority) FCI, Lucknow).

(3.) It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was working as AG-III (D) and he was Incharge of Dead Stock Unit of the Depot at FSD, Barabanki. On account of certain shortfalls in the storage, an FIR was lodged against the appellant and two other officers of Food Corporation of India, namely Juber Ahmad and Ansar Ahmad. Juber Ahmad and Ansar Ahmad were also subjected to disciplinary proceedings along with the petitioner.
