JUDGEMENT

(1.) Before Lunch. Put up after lunch along with the record of Writ Petition No.138 of 2019, 157 of 2019 and 32590 of 2014.

(2.) These five writ petitions have been filed seeking separate reliefs. However, this Court finds that the issues involved in these petitions to be interlinked with each other. Therefore, a common order is being passed in them.

(3.) The instructions received have been taken on record.
