JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Karunakar Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellants and Sri Pankaj Verma, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.

(2.) The learned counsel for the appellants have moved an application for seeking substitution and setting aside the abatement after condonation of delay in respect of the death of the appellant no. 2. The aforesaid application was allowed on 25.11.2019 with a condition that a sum of Rs. 5,000/- shall be deposited by the appellants before the District District Legal Aid Committee within a period of 10 days.

(3.) The Court permits Sri Karunakar Srivastava, learned counsel for the appellants to deposit the cost within the next week. He shall deposit the cost and furnish a copy of the receipt which shall be placed on the record of the aforesaid file and has permitted him to carry out the necessary amendment during the course of the day. The Court has heard the learned counsel for the parties on merits.
