JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

Facts as contained in the writ petition are that the petitioners are owners and co-sharers of plot No.237 total area .1720 hectare out of which an area of 0.0146 hectare, plot No.238 total area 0.0130 hectare out of which an area of 0.0130 hectare and plot No.239 total area 0.0380 hectare out of of which an area of 0.0120 hectare were acquired by the respondents (hereinafter referred to as the "area in question"). The area in question is situated in Village Babura Bhairodayal, Tehsil Lalganj District Mirzapur.
