(2.) The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-

Facts as contained in the writ petition are that the petitioners are owners and co-sharers of plot No.219 total area 0.0030 hectare out of its total area of .764 hectare, plot No.221 total area 0.0210 hectare out of its total area of .0240 hectare, plot No.321 total area 0.1250 hectare out of its total area of 1.965 hectare and plot No.363 total area .5700 hectare out of its total area of .1580 hectare were acquired by the respondents (hereinafter referred to as the "area in question"). The area in question is situated in Village Babura Bhairodayal, Tehsil Lalganj District Mirzapur.
