JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Ms. Rashmi Srivastava, the petitioner who appears in person, assisted by her father, and Sri Gopal Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Bank.

(2.) The present application for review has been filed praying for review of the judgment and order dated 26. 8. 2019 passed by this Court. The said judgment and order being short, is reproduced hereunder for the sake of convenience:-

A perusal of the aforesaid judgment and order indicates that this Court, after considering that the petitioner has got an alternative remedy of appeal under the provisions of Regulation 17 of the Allahabad Bank Officer Employees (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1976 (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations 1976) and the petitioner having challenged the order of punishment imposed upon her after due inquiry under the provisions of Regulation 4(b) of the Regulations 1976, had relegated the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal under Regulation 17 of the Regulation 1976.
