JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Satish Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramesh Chandra, learned State Law Officer for the respondents.

(2.) The petitioner, Sri Alok Kumar, has filed the present petition with the following prayer:-

The brief facts of the present case are that the petitioner was holding license for running fair price shop in village panchayat Urra, VIkas Khand Mihirpurwa, Tahsil-Nanpara, District- Bahraich, the license of the petitioner was suspended by S.D.M., Nanpura vide order dated 04.08.2012, the copy of the said order was sent to the petitioner and the petitioner was required to submit an explanation and the stock register for three months and details of the distribution of food articles. The license of the petitioner was canceled by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nanpura vide order dated 27.12.2012.
