JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramanuj Yadav, learned counsel appearing for the respondents and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-authorities. Present petition has been filed with following prayers:-

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fair price shop licence of the petitioner was cancelled by the Sub Divisional Magistrate by order dated 5th July 2019 on the basis of complaints received against the petitioner from the ration card holders. An appeal was filed before the Commissioner, Chitrakoot Dham, which was registered as Case No. 00684 of 2019 ( Hari Singh vs. S. D. M. , Kulpahad .
