JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri Shailesh Kumar Yadav, Advocate has filed compromise affidavit along with vakalatnama on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 Arvind Bhardwaj today in Court, which has been taken on record.

This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the non bailable warrants dated 7.8.2018 passed by C.J.M., Aligarh including further proceedings of Criminal Case No. 3839 of 2010, State vs. Rajiv Sharma and others, under Sections 420, 406 I.P.C., P.S.- Banna Devi, District- Aligarh, pending in the court of C.J.M., Aligarh.
