(3.) By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 16.10.2019 passed by the respondent no 3, Chief Divisional Retail Sales,Manager, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Bareilly Divisional Officer, Bareilly, whereby the representation of the petitioner dated 24.9. 2018, has been rejected by the said authority.
