(1.) Heard Sri Prafulla Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents no. 1, 2 and 4 and Sri Ghaus Beg, learned counsel appearing for the respondents no. 3, 5 and 6.
(2.) By means of the present petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:-
(3.) The case set forth by the petitioners are that after completing their graduation, the petitioners were appointed as Teacher in a recognized school in District-Gwalior of State of Madhya Pradesh. During their working, the Government of Madhya Pradesh took decision for providing training to the untrained teachers who were teaching in the recognized schools through correspondence training course known as Basic Training Course. In the year 1999, the name of the aforesaid training was changed to Diploma in Education Pariksha. Both the petitioners claim to have joined the B.T.C Training in July, 1997 and after qualifying the examination were declared passed in the year 1999.
