JUDGEMENT

(1.) Notice on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 & 2 has been accepted by learned Chief Standing Counsel whereas Mr. Shailendra Singh Chauhan, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of opposite parties no. 3 to 6.

(2.) This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned e-tender notice dated 26.10.2019 issued by the opposite party no. 3 Uppar Nagar Ayukt, Lucknow Nagar Nigam.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner tries to submit that the opposite parties in a most arbitrary manner have awarded the contract in favour of opposite party no. 7, although it did not fulfill the conditions of tender.
