JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Bed Kant Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Jai Prakash Singh, learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2 and Sri Attreya Dutt Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State.

(2.) This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 615 of 2013 arising out of Case Crime No. 5 of 2013, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 326 IPC and section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station-Shivli, District- Kanpur Dehat including charge-sheet dated 17.02.2013, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Court No. 1, Kanpur Dehat.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicants has argued that accused applicants have been falsely implicated in this case. Accused applicant No. 2 is father-in-law, applicant no. 3 is mother-in-law, applicant no. 4 is sister-in-law and applicant no. 5 is brother-in-law of O.P. No. 2. No role has been assigned to the accused applicants in respect of causing offences under Section 326 I.P.C. Police has submitted charge-sheet in routine manner, hence charge-sheet needs to be quashed.
