JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri A.K.Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned A.G.A.

(2.) This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the entire proceeding in Complaint Case No.471 of 2007,Gajendra Singh Vs. Vinod Kumar and others, under sections 498-A , 323 , 504 , 506 IPC and section 3/4 D.P. Act, police station Sadabad, District Hathras, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Sadabad, Hathras

After having very carefully examined, the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and perused the material brought on record, I find that so far as applicant no.1, namely, Vinod Kumar is concerned, there is no justification for quashing the impugned order and prosecution of the aforementioned case.
