(1.) Heard Sri M.P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri R.S. Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.

(2.) By means of this petition the petitioner has prayed following relief :

(3.) The admitted fact of the present case is that the petitioner has been appointed as Medical Officer (Ayush) under National Health Mission, U.P,. on contract basis in the year 2010 and his contract period has been extended time to time.
