JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

(2.) The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Sessions Trial No.96/2015, Case Crime No.1292 of 2014, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station - Kaisarganj, District - Bahraich.

(3.) The applicant was earlier on bail but absented himself from the court proceedings from 10.10.2018 and appeared before the court on 22.07.2019.
