JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length.

(2.) The writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 31.08.2015 passed by the Additional Collector, Mainpuri in Case No.411 of 2008-09 and order dated 09.08.2019 passed by the Additional Commissioner rejecting the consequential revision, affirming the order of the Additional Collector.

(3.) It appears that the Gaon Sabha passed a resolution dated 26.01.2005 for making an allotment in favour of the petitioner.
