JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record.

(2.) This bail application has been preferred by the applicant, Ved Prakash Singh @ Chhotu, who is involved in Case Crime No.914 of 2019, under Section 3 (1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act,1986, Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District-Sultanpur.

(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that there are two cases shown in the gang-chart against the applicant and in both the cases the applicant has been enlarged on bail by the court below.?? It has also been submitted that the applicant is not involved in any anti social activities and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
