(2.) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the recovery certificate dated 26.11.2019 issued by Tehsildar, Tehsil Dadri, Disrtrict Ghaziabad.

(3.) Per contra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents has supported the impugned order.
