(3.) The instant bail application has been filed by applicant- Shekh Ali Akbar for grant of bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2018, under Section 121-A IPC and Section 18 of UA(P) Act, 1967, relating to Police Station A.T.S. Sadar, Lucknow.
