JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Sruti Malviya, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Sri A.K. Goswami, learned counsel for the respondent No.1.

(2.) Briefly stated the facts of present case are that the petitioner's father died in harness on 06.08.2005 while working on the post of Senior Clerk under the Life Insurance Corporation of India branch of District Mainpuri (respondent No.3). The father of the petitioner was sole bread earner in the family and also belonged to Other Backward Class.

(3.) The petitioner moved an application for appointment under dying-in-harness Rule on 21.01.2008, which was not considered by the respondents and therefore, the petitioner filed a Writ A No. 7930 of 2009 (Ajay Kumar Vs. Union of India and Others) for seeking direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate appointment. The said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 27.08.2014.
