JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Rajeiu Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the appellants and Sri U.S. Sahai, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.

(2.) This second appeal under section 100 of Code of Civil Procedure (in short, C.P.C.) is directed against the judgment and decree dated 19th July, 2002 passed by Additional District Judge/Special Judge (E.C.Act), Sultanpur in Civil Appeal No. 02 of 1997 whereby appeal filed by the respondent nos. 1 and 2 was allowed.
