JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Jaideep Narain Mathur learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Prithu Garg and Sri Sanjeev Singh for the appellant and Sri Manish Jauhari who has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent, who may file his Vakalatnama in E-format in the Registry.

(2.) Upon a mention made before the Hon'ble Senior Vacation Judge, this petition has come up before this Court.

(3.) The instant appeal has been preferred under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against the order dated 11.06.2019 passed by the Commercial Court, Lucknow in Arbitration Case No.612 of 2019 whereby the petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act filed by the appellant before the court below has been dismissed.
