JUDGEMENT

(1.) Short counter affidavits sworn on behalf of informant/ opposite party no.2 Smt. Nirmla and injured/ opposite party no.3 Phoolmati Devi are taken on record. Shri Arvind Kumar Srivastava, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama in the Court today on behalf of opposite party nos.2 and 3 which is also taken on record.

(2.) This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 11.05.2014 and cognizance order dated 28.9.2015 with regard to Case No.2767 of 2015 (State Vs. Janardan and others) arising out of Case Crime No.196 of 2014 and the entire proceedings arising out of them which are pending in the lower court under sections 323, 504, 506, 352, 427, 308 I.P.C., P.S. Gagaha, District- Gorakhpur, pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/ Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court no.1st, Gorakhpur.
