JUDGEMENT

(1.) By the judgment impugned dated 25th July, 1984 the accused-appellants were convicted and sentenced as under:-

(2.) Accused-appellant Pramod - under Section 302 Indian Penal Code - life term imprisonment, under Section 323/149 Indian Penal Code - one year rigorous imprisonment and under Section 148 Indian Penal Code - two years rigorous imprisonment.

(3.) Accused-appellants Har Prasad, Raj Bahadur, Om Prakash and Sarju Prasad - under Section 302/149 Indian Penal Code - life term imprisonment, under Section 148 Indian Penal Code - two years rigorous imprisonment and under Section 323/149 Indian Penal Code - one year rigorous imprisonment.
