JUDGEMENT

(1.) Considering the recitals, borne in, paragraphs No. 2,3 and 4 of the compliance affidavit, paragraphs whereof stand extracted hereinafter:-

(2.) If that is so, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-State to consider the case of the petitioner, strictly in view of the principles laid down in the judgments cited hereinabove, within a period of four weeks from today. The pending application(s), if any, are also disposed of. No costs."

(3.) That the applicant subsequently filed present COPC NO.47 of 2017 before this Hon'ble Court and the same is pending adjudication before this Hon'ble Court.
