The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Umendra Singh, Dharmendra Kumar, Piyush Singh, Vikas Singh, Rajesh Patel and Moolchand Patel with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No. - 04 of 2019, under Sections - 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 307, 326 I.P.C., Police Station - Maharajganj, District - Jaunpur, during pendency of trial.
