JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Shashi Nandan, Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Vijay Tripathi and Sri D.P. Singh for the petitioner in both the petitions, Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel appearing for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. and Sri Sumit Kakkar, learned counsel for the State Bank of India.

(2.) The dispute in both the petitions relates to the allotment of dealership for LPG at the Sirsaganj, disrict Firozabad in U.P.

(3.) The petitioner was one of the candidates for the said dealership in the category of Government Personnel (GP) pursuant to the advertisement dated 22.10.2011 published in daily news-paper Dainik Jagaran.
