JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri Saurabh Kumar Pandey, Advocate, has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no. 2 along with short counter affidavit which is taken on record.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

(3.) The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the summoning order dated 10.02.2017 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 54 of 2016 (Nathuram vs. Trik Ali and another), under sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3 (1) (r) (s) SC/ST Act, P.S. South, District Firozabad.
