JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Pravin Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.

(2.) In view of the proposed order notice to opposite party no. 2 is hereby dispensed with.

By means of this petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioner has assailed the order dated 21.6.2019 passed in Session Trial No. 533/2017 arising out of Crime No. 0215/2016 u/s 452, 354, 323, 376(1), 506 IPC, P.S. Sangram Garh, District Pratapgarh passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, F.T.C., District Pratapgarh whereby the application of the present applicant / informant of the F.I.R. for re-examination of the prosecutrix /P.W.-2 has been rejected.
