JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Nimish Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

(2.) The petitioner, who is retired employee, has approached this Court by filing the present writ petition with the following main prayers :

(3.) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing/commanding the opposite parties to consider and pay all the service benefits to the petitioner since the date of his initial engagement/appointment in the Department.
