JUDGEMENT

(1.) Pleadings between the parties have already been exchanged, hence, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is being decided finally at the admission stage itself.

(2.) Heard Sri Surendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

(3.) Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 20.3.2017 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, Bulandshahar in Revision No. 282/98.
