The above mentioned bail application has been filed by the applicant-Prem Kumar @ Pappu @ Prem Prakash with a prayer to enlarge them on bail in Special Trial No. 161A of 2006, under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 14 and 15 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Police Station- Maduadeeh, District-Varanasi, during the pendency of the trial.
