JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Shashi Ranjan Srivastav and learned Stading Counsel for the State.

(2.) This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following relief;

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner who belonged to Schedule Caste category had participated in selection and recruitment of Constables in Uttar Pradesh Police in the year 2009. Petitioner cleared physical test and medical test in the month of October and November 2009 and was allotted Roll No. 27070179 for written examination.
