JUDGEMENT

(2.) Heard Sri Anand Pal Singh, learned counsel for the applicant Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the record.

(3.) This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been moved with a prayer to quash the charge-sheet no. 60 (A) of 2019 dated 05.07.2019 arising out of Case Crime No.07 of 2019 under sections 376, 511 IPC and 7/8 POCSO Act, 67B I.T. Act, 3(2) 5 SC/ST Act P.S. Kothibhar, District Maharajganj and also a prayer is made to stay the proceedings in this case till the disposal of this application.
