On due consideration, since the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of application for condonation of delay in filing the instant appeal (C.M.Application No.129177 of 2019) are satisfactory, therefore, we allow C.M.Application No. 129177 of 2019 and condone the delay in filing the instant special appeal.
