(3.) The present criminal revision has been filed to quash the order dated 8.3.2019 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Bareilly in Criminal Appeal No. 06 of 2019(Somesh Vs. State of U.P.), arising out of order dated 8.1.2019 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Bareilly in Case Crime No. 402 of 2017, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 I.P.C., Police Station Sirauli, District Bareilly.
