JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and counsel appearing for the caveator respondents 3,4 and 5.

(2.) The petition arises out of a mutation case under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act.

(3.) A mutation application was filed by the respondents, 3,4 and 5 claiming on the basis of a will in their favour executed by Nand Kishore, their father.
