JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the opposite parties prays for and is allowed four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter. List immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period. As an interim measure, it is provided that in case any appointment is made on the post of Seenchpal, the same shall be subject to final decision of the writ petition.
