JUDGEMENT

(1.) ADMIT. Summon the lower court record. The contention of learned counsel for the appellant is that role assigned to the appellant is that of catching hold. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let appellant-applicant Dadhich Chandra Srivastava be released on bail, during the pendency of appeal, on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
