JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner claims reservation as a dependent of Lok Tantra Rakshak Senani under the Government Order dated 4.9.2006.

(2.) The petitioner has undergone training and learned counsel contends that the petitioner having completed the same is entitled for further benefit but the impugned order denies the same on the ground that the petitioner was incorrectly selected in the category concerned inasmuch as the petitioner is not entitled to reservation on account of the Certificate of "Lok Tantra Rakshak Senani".

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has been unable to point out any such provision which may extend the said benefit to the petitioner. In the absence of any such material available, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
