JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED Standing Counsel appears for respondent no. 1, Sri R.V. Pathak appears for respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4, Sri Ashok Bhatt appears for respondent nos. 5 and 6 while Sri A. Sahai appears for respondent nos. 7 and 8. The sole relief pressed for by Sri N.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner is that a direction be issued to the respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioner for release of pension, provident fund, gratuity, leave encashment and group insurance contribution. The petitioner has placed on record the various representations/reminders sent by him to the authorities for the aforesaid reliefs but it is stated that no order has been passed as yet. LEARNED counsel appearing for the respondents state that the representation dated 22nd December, 2008 shall be decided by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to pass an appropriate order on the representation dated 22nd December, 2008 (Annexure-11 to the writ petition) expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced by the petitioner before the competent authority and the amount as per the decision on the said representation shall be paid expeditiously.
