(1.) BY means of present application, the applicant has prayed for releasing the applicant in S.T. No. 258 of 2004, under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 307, I.P.C. and Section 3 (2) (v) of S.C./S.T. Act (P.A.) Act, Police Station Jaithra, District Etah.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
