JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. and perused the record. The contention of learned counsel for the appellants is that appellants Munna Singh and Susheel Singh have been given role of causing injuries to the deceased with Banka. There are corresponding injuries. No case for bail is made out. Their prayer for bail is refused. So far as appellant Sher Singh alias Sheru is concerned, he has been given role of causing injuries with Lathi only, which are not dangerous to life. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let appellant-applicant Sher Singh alias Sheru be released on bail, during the pendency of appeal, on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned, subject to their depositing Rs.2000/- each as fine. Balance amount of fine shall remain stayed. mistake, please bring it to the notice of Deputy Registrar(Copying).
