JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 2.2.2009 passed by learned Ses sion Judge, Mau in Criminal Appeal No. 94 of 2008, under section 52 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (Akash Rai v. State of U.P.) arising against the judgment and order dated 17.12.2008 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Mau, P.S. Narahi, District Ballia whereby rejecting the revisionist's bail application.

(2.) HEARD learned Counsel for the revisionist, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned order.

(3.) CONSIDERING the entire facts the revisionist is entitled to be released on bail as per provision of the Act.
