JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present Appeal has been filed by the claimants - appellants against the Judgment and Order/Award dated 26.10.1991 passed by the learned 6th Additional District Judge, Allahabad in Claim Petition No. 76 of 1985. The relief sought in the Appeal is for modification of the said Award and for allowing the Claim Petition in entirety.

(2.) THE present Appeal is listed today along -with the record of Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 12933 of 1993 decided on 21.5.2009.

(3.) FROM a perusal of the record of the aforementioned Writ Petition, it transpires that the said Writ Petition was filed by the said Mumtaz Ahmad (opposite party -respondent no.1 herein) against the rejection of Restoration Application filed by the said Mumtaz Ahmad for setting -aside the said ex - parte Judgment and Order/Award dated 26.10.1991.
