JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS bail application has been moved with the prayer to release the applicant on bail in case crime no. 260 of 2007 also under Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act of Police Station Inayat Nagar, District Faizabad. As it comes out that initially the applicant had been challaned in the aforesaid case crime number under Sections 302/34 IPC read with Section 3 (2)(V) SC/ST Act of Police Station Inayat Nagar, district Faizabad. The applicant moved Criminal Misc. Case No.3886 (B) of 2008 and was granted bail by Hon'ble Alok K. Singh, J. It appears that subsequently, Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act has been added. In the above circumstances, it appears appropriate that the present application, which also relates to the same applicant and also same crime number, be placed before Hon'ble Alok K. Singh, J. List before Hon'ble Alok K. Singh, J. in the next cause list.
