JUDGEMENT

(1.) NONE responds for the petitioner. However, Mr. V. K. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents is present. Mr. V. K.Singh, Advocate submits that the impugned order has been passed on the basis of a compromise entered into between the parties and as such, the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
