JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Sri Manoj Kumar Misra, learned Counsel for the accused applicants and learned A. G.A. for the State.

(2.) THIS application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the accused ap­plicants against the order dated 10.9.2009, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magis­trate, Gonda, by which he has rejected the final report submitted by the Investigating Officer in Case Crime No. 25-A of 2002, State v. Molhu and others, under sections 147, 323, 324, 352, 307 and 506 I.P.C. and summoned the accused applicants on the protest petition of the complainant.
