JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate. We have gone through the contents of the F.I.R. Under challenge in this writ petition is F.I.R. relating to case crime No. 302 of 2009 under Section 3/7 of the Essential Commodities Act of P.S. Itiya Thok, district Gonda. The petitioner is license holder of fair price shop. Seeing the trivial nature of allegations levelled against him, it is provided that the petitiner shall not be arrested in the above mentioned case crime number unless and until some cogent and reliable evidence comes forward against him. With the above directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
